Terms of Service

1. Services

GeoVis provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) consulting services, including AI search visibility audits, ongoing brand monitoring, content optimization recommendations, and related deliverables (collectively, the "Services"). All Services are described on our website and in any applicable statement of work or invoice.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for the Services are set forth on our pricing page or in a separately agreed statement of work. For monthly subscriptions, payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. GeoVis uses Stripe as its third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Paid Pilot ($199): The initial $199 fee covers your first month of service in full and is non-refundable — work begins immediately upon payment. After the first month, your subscription automatically renews at $800/month unless you cancel before the next billing date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at hello@getgeovis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for any subsequent period. There are no cancellation fees.

You will retain permanent access to all reports and deliverables already delivered, regardless of when you cancel.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, audits, analyses, and deliverables produced by GeoVis as part of the Services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized aggregate data for benchmarking and methodology improvement.

We may use anonymized client results — with all identifying information removed — as illustrative examples or benchmarks in our marketing materials and service descriptions. If you wish to be referenced by name as a case study or testimonial, we will seek your explicit written consent in advance.

5. Disclaimer

GeoVis makes no guarantees regarding specific placement, ranking, or citation frequency in any AI search engine. AI search engine behavior is controlled by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, etc.) and may change without notice. Our Services provide data-driven measurement, analysis, and optimization recommendations; actual results depend on factors beyond our control, including algorithmic changes and competitive dynamics.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GeoVis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.
