We collect only the information necessary to provide our GEO consulting services. This includes your name, email address, company name, website URL, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store raw credit card data).

If you voluntarily share Google Search Console data, analytics access, or other digital asset information, we use it solely to improve the accuracy of our analysis.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our GEO consulting Services
  • Generate AI search visibility reports and competitor analyses
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Communicate with you about your account and our Services
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (such as Stripe for payment processing, OpenRouter for API access, and Vercel for website hosting) solely to the extent necessary to deliver our Services. All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Our commitment: Your brand data, domain, and competitive analysis are never shared with other GeoVis clients or used in any way that benefits a competitor.

4. AI Engine Scanning

Our GEO monitoring involves programmatically sending keywords to AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others) via their public APIs.

What we send: Industry keywords and your public domain name — never your personal data or private information. Responses are analyzed to measure your brand's citation frequency and stored for month-over-month trend analysis.

5. Data Retention

We retain your scan data, reports, and contact information for the duration of your engagement with us. Upon cancellation, you may request a summary of the data we hold. We will delete your data within 90 days of cancellation unless required otherwise by law.

All reports are delivered to your email inbox and remain yours permanently — you do not need to request access from us after cancellation.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@getgeovis.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Our website does not use third-party tracking cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or any form of cross-site tracking. We do not operate a login-based platform — all deliverables are sent directly to your email. No account or session is created on our website.
